An innovative solution integrated into the company’s Information System in order to help each
collaborator and the whole Customer Service to continuously visualize the key performance
indicators (KPI).
The solution is designed around the concept of a kiosk allowing each employee to have a vision of the efficiency
of business processes and activities under their responsibility. Everyday, indicators are refreshed in near real-time
to initiate dynamic action plans in the event of deterioration in the performance
and even take advantage of trends detected activity on the job.
